Thirty more minutes change the time, not the promise

There is half an hour's difference between a booked 60-minute option and a 90-minute one. That time matters when planning what you want to discuss and how long you would like to set aside. It does not mean a longer session will produce a better result, or that pressure needs to increase to make it worthwhile.

Nor should you assume an identical sequence with another half-hour added at the end, or a fixed allocation of minutes to each area. If you have a particular plan in mind, ask your location what can be considered within the treatment and duration you are choosing.

When a 60-minute option may fit

It can be a convenient choice if you prefer to book an hour, are planning your first visit or have a priority you can explain clearly. For example: “I would like a quiet break and prefer light pressure”, or “I would like to discuss my shoulders”. The treatment name still matters: one hour in different styles does not mean the same focus.

We do not promise that particular areas will be worked on in 60 minutes, or that the whole body is automatically covered. Before confirming, ask whether your chosen service fits what you would like within that time.

What to ask before choosing 90 minutes

If you want more time for the experience or to discuss several preferences with less rush, consider a 90-minute option where the menu offers one. The useful question is how that additional time can be arranged in your chosen service, rather than how many areas or what effect can be guaranteed.

More time does not require greater intensity. You can choose a longer session and still prefer light pressure, within the treatment booked. Ask about any important adjustment before paying.

Compare prices within the same style

This guide's price comparison uses options verified in the current menus. Check the location, style and exact duration in the table: a “from” price is not automatically the price for 90 minutes. Comparing the shortest relaxing massage with deep tissue is not a comparison where minutes are the only difference either.

If a duration is not listed on a location's menu, do not infer it from a general range. Open Treatwell and check your final selection. Offers, amounts and appointment times may change between this guide's check and your booking.

Three questions to help you decide

Before choosing, ask yourself: how much time would I like to set aside today, what do I want to prioritise in this session, and do the selected style and price fit my plan? If you are unsure what changes between two options of a treatment, ask the location. A specific answer will help more than choosing the longer duration by default.

Questions about time and price

Do 90 minutes guarantee a better result?

No. Duration gives a different amount of time to arrange the session; it does not guarantee a result or make one option better for everyone.

Does a longer session have to be more intensive?

No. Time and pressure are separate decisions. Explain your preferred intensity and discuss it within your chosen treatment.

Does the “from” price also apply to 90 minutes?

Do not assume it does. Check the price for the exact duration at your chosen location, then confirm the final amount when booking on Treatwell.
